Georgina Zeng Receives Short Sales & Foreclosures Certification

ELC Real Estate Broker in Charge, Georgina Zeng, received her certification in Short Sales & Foreclosures on February 15, 2022 as enforced by the National Association of Realtors. This certifies her skills as a realtor who can help buyers and sellers of distressed properties -including qualifying sellers for short sales, developing short sale packages, and negotiating with lenders. With this newest credential, Georgina has furthered her realtor knowledge in order to better serve her clients.
