Born and raised in the heart of Sampson County, Joel has deep roots in the region that has shaped his approach to real estate. Growing up in a community where family values and local connections are paramount, Joel developed a profound appreciation for the natural beauty and potential of both land and homes, understanding how these elements can enhance quality of life and drive real estate value.
A proud graduate of North Carolina State University, Joel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with double minors in Agricultural Business Management and Poultry Science. His agricultural background, combined with hands-on experience through his father’s forestry consulting business, has provided Joel with a unique perspective on land management and property value.
An avid outdoorsman, Joel finds joy in exploring the natural landscapes that eastern North Carolina has to offer. Alongside leveraging the benefits of nature, he actively contributes to its preservation through his conservation efforts with the Clinton-Sampson Ducks Unlimited Chapter. This passion for the outdoors not only fuels his personal life but also enhances his professional endeavors, as he brings a genuine enthusiasm for land and nature into every real estate transaction.
