GEORGINA ZENG

Georgina's understanding of excellent client service stems from her twenty two years in the retail business.  She transitioned from the restaurant industry to realty and soon after receiving her licensing, opened her own company. As a local real estate company located in the heart of downtown Clinton and as a minority representative, Georgina knows the importance of face-to-face interactions and the need for distinctive real estate representation. "It's a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. As a full time broker, my approach to real estate is focused around getting to know my clients on a personal level and taking care of them from beginning to end. It gives me great satisfaction being able to put my energy into helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives: investing in real estate."

The Story Behind the Logo

Georgina founded ELC real estate in October, 2015.  The idea for the company name stems from her pride and joy - her three children.  She derived the name and company logo from her daughters Erica, Leah, and Chloe and her own name. Surrounding the logo itself are the  outlines of her own initials symbolic of her maternal instincts in protecting her daughters. Her relentless pursuit of higher education within realty is not just to best serve the communities real estate needs, but to serve as a role model for her three daughters.
