A Bit About Me
Chloe was born and raised right here in Sampson County before attending boarding school in McLean, Virginia. She later graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development. Her studies and work have taken her across the world, from London to Australia, where she gained valuable experience in human resources within the hospitality industry.

Chloe’s passion for real estate stems from her love of people and connection. She brings her background in HR to every client interaction, ensuring clear communication, empathy, and care throughout the entire process. Outside of real estate, Chloe enjoys traveling, cooking, and practicing yoga, but there’s nothing she loves more than helping others find a place to call home.
