


A Bit About Me
Richard was raised in Clinton, where he attended Union High School. During his time there, he was actively involved in the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC), where he developed strong leadership abilities, discipline, and an early interest in military service.
Upon graduating high school, Richard enlisted directly into the United States Army National Guard. In this role, he went on to specialize in managing flight operations, a position that demanded precision, coordination, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Alongside his military service, Richard gained civilian leadership experience by serving in a managerial role at Andy’s in Clinton. There, he developed practical skills in operations, customer service, and team management, further strengthening his professional foundation.
Richard’s combined military and civilian experience has given him a unique ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. His adaptability, discipline, and interpersonal skills continue to define his success across multiple environments.
Outside of his professional life, Richard enjoys spending time with family, watching football, and exploring his interest in cooking by creating new and enjoyable dishes.
